My illustration journey began after the birth of my daughter, Sóley. What started as a personal project gradually grew into a creative career, and illustration has been at the heart of what I do ever since.

My work moves between minimal line drawings and expressive, colourful floral illustrations. I love the simplicity of lines, stripes and rhythm, creating pieces that leave room for the viewer to find their own meaning. Alongside these quieter works, I also create bold and playful illustrations full of colour for editorial, branding and licensing projects.

My work often reflects the things that matter to me: motherhood, nature, diversity and female empowerment. I love capturing everyday moments, quiet emotions and the beauty found in ordinary life.

Representation is also an important part of my work. Many of the women I illustrate have darker skin tones, reflecting the diversity I want to see more of in art. It’s a natural part of my practice and a way of creating work that feels inclusive, authentic and joyful.

Alongside my own collections of art prints, I work with brands, publishers and creative businesses on illustration, licensing and commercial projects.
